Stand with your body turned 90-degrees to a speed ladder. Stand with your feet staggered, one foot in the first box of the speed ladder. Move sideways and jump slightly while scissor kicking, removing the foot from the box. Cross your back leg in front of you, and place it in the next box. Repeat scissor kick and crossover while you travel down the ladder, making sure each foot is placed in every other box. When you reach the end of the ladder, repeat the exercise in the opposite direction.
