Sit with your back to the weight stack at a cable chest machine. Keep your feet straight and placed shoulder-width apart. Hold a cable in each hand at chest level with your elbows bent slightly and positioned just below shoulder level. Press the cables forward and together, fully extending your arms and being careful not to allow your head to jut forward. Return your hands to the starting position.
