How do I perform a powerball snatch throw with 1-Arm?

Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and shoulder-width apart. Keep your knees slightly bent and your chest up. Hold a power ball in front of your knees with one hand. Quickly snatch the power ball, keeping your arm straight, bend your knees and use your legs and shoulder to propel the power ball overhead. Release the power ball overhead, throwing the ball into the air behind you.  Return to the starting position and repeat.
