Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart.  Keeping your knees slightly bent, grab a handle with both hands, elbows flexed at 90-degree angles.  Draw in your navel and push your hands toward the floor, fully extending your arms in front of your body.  Hold and then reverse the movement as you return to the starting position
