How do I perform a single leg triceps pushdown with a single arm?

Stand on one leg with your foot pointed straight ahead and your knee slightly bent.  Grab a cable in one hand with your elbow flexed 90-degrees.  Draw in your navel and push your hand toward the floor, fully extending your arm to the side of your body.  Hold and then reverse the movement as you return to the starting position.  Repeat with the same arm.
