How do I perform a single leg cable pulldown with two arms?

Stand on one leg with your foot positioned straight ahead and knee slightly bent.  Grab a cable in each hand with your palms facing in and arms extended overhead.  Pull the cables down, moving your elbows to your sides, contracting your shoulder blades together.  Hold and then extend your arms back to the starting position.
