How do I perform a biceps cable curl with alternating arms?

Stand facing a cable machine with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder width apart.  Keep a slight bend in your knees and extend your arms down the sides of your body holding a cable in each hand.  Draw in your navel and curl one cable toward your shoulder.  Reverse the motion as you return to the starting position.  Repeat the exercise with the opposite arm.
