How do I perform a kneeling inner thigh stretch?

Kneel on one leg, bending the side leg and keeping the foot straight.  Keep your stance slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and place your hands on your hips.  Shift your weight toward your side leg, away from your knee that is placed on the ground, until a stretch is felt in the inner thigh.  Hold for 30 seconds.
