How do I perform a bench barbell triceps extension?

Lie on your back on a flat bench with your knees bent, feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart on the bench.  Hold a barbell with your elbows pointing up, slightly above your forehead.  Extend your arms straight into the air and hold.  Lower the barbell back to the starting position.
