Face a wall and keep your feet pointed straight ahead, shoulder-width apart.  Hold a medicine ball overhead, contract your glutes and tuck-in your chin.  Throw a medicine ball against the wall and continue extending arms past the sides of your body.  Catch the ball and quickly repeat with control.
