Is there a way to test my agility for skating?

The Shark Skill test is an assessment used to observe lower-body agility and neuromuscular control in athletes including skaters. It requires the athlete to hop in and out of designated boxes marked on the ground. This test is timed and 0.10 seconds are added for each fault. Examples of some faults to watch for are the foot going into a wrong square or the non-hopping foot touching the ground. Testing is generally completed with athletes who want to improve performance.
