Do simeprevir and sofosbuvir interact with any other medications?

If you are taking silodosin, cisapride, conivaptan, cyclosporine, a CYP3A4 inducer, a CYP3A4 inhibitor, doxorubicin, erythromycin, fusidic acid, idelalisib, ledipasvir, a protease inhibitor, topotecan, vincristine, or a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, simeprevir can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you are taking amiodarone, sofosbuvir can lead to serious side effects and should be avoided.

If you are taking oxcarbazepine or a rifamycin, sofosbuvir can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you take simeprevir and sofosbuvir, you should avoid St. John's wort and milk thistle.
