What can I eat to recover after exercise if I'm not hungry?

If you are not hungry after exercise, wait until you are. Then I would eat lean protein. If you eat meat sliced turkey breast, eggs, or low fat cheese are good options. Protein shakes are also good. Whole grain carbs with nut butters are also a good choice. Avoid processed foods and fried foods.
Exercise can suppress your appetite, making you not want to eat. If this is the case, try a recovery beverage such as flavored milk, drinkable yogurt, or a fruit smoothie. Other suggestions include cold sports drinks, fruit juice, or low-fat milkshakes.
