How do I do the shoulder internal-rotators stretch?

Lie on your left side either on a trainers table or floor with your left arm at shoulder height and elbow bent 90 degrees. Place your right hand on top of your left and slowly rotate your palm towards the floor. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds and repeat on the opposite side.
