Start by crossing your right leg over your left knee.
Start by crossing your right leg over your left knee.
- Rotate your right foot clockwise, making large, complete circles. Repeat this 10 times.
- Now, rotate your right foot counterclockwise making large, complete circles. Repeat this 10 times.
- Rotate your left foot clockwise, making large, complete circles. Repeat this 10 times.
- Now, rotate your left foot counterclockwise, making large, complete circles. Repeat this 10 times.
