How can I improve my cardiovascular endurance?

Improvements come with practice! Try to perform at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity most days of the week. Start with smaller blocks of time if necessary (but accumulate 30 minutes a day). As this becomes more manageable, start to challenge one of the following variables:
  • Increase your time
  • Increase your intensity (speed, resistance, hills, etc)
