answer
Compression sleeves can typically help prevent muscle cramping if used in combination with other forms of treatment. Muscle cramps usually occur when the muscle is in a shortened position. Compression sleeves assist the muscle into a lengthened position, which helps reduce the chance of cramping. Added compression also helps maintain blood flow and keeps the muscle warm, which can also aid in preventing muscle cramps.
