As a basketball player, how can I assess my speed?

The 3/4 court sprint is a great basketball specific speed test.  Simply time your quickest sprint from baseline to the opposite free throw line.  Give yourself 3 tries with a minimum of 3-5 minutes of rest between attempts to try and achieve a personal best.
