Pineapple Cucumber Refresher

Juice up a pitcher of this warm-weather treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • Leaves from 5 kale stalks (discard central rib)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled

Directions:

Juice all ingredients together and pour into individual cups or jars. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days, preferably in a glass pitcher or glass jars (avoid storing in plastic).
