Crunchy Apple Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, cut into 16 wedges
  • 2 ounces of Greek yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1/3 cup low-fat granola without raisins or dry cereal of choice

Preparation

  1. Cut apple into 16 wedges
  2. Place 2 ounces of Greek yogurt into shallow dish and dip apple wedges into yogurt
  3. Dredge wedges into granola or dry cereal, place on plate or wax paper
  4. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until set
  5. Enjoy
