Crunchy and delicious apple wedges recipe

Jazz up a Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp, or other type of sweet apple by dunking it Greek yogurt and crunchy cereal. Apples are a good source of fiber and vitamin C, and a ounces of Greek yogurt provides 3 grams of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, cut into 16 wedges
  • 2 ounces of Greek yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1/3 cup low-fat granola without raisins or dry cereal of choice

Preparation

Place 2 ounces of Greek yogurt into shallow dish and dip apple wedges into yogurt. Dredge wedges into granola or dry cereal and place on plate or wax paper. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until set and enjoy
