Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 slice wheat bread
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce
  • 1 tsp avocado
  • 1 tsp bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 slice deli turkey
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots

Preparation

  1. Cut crust off of bread and mash bread with your hands until it is flat
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the bread
  3. Add turkey to bread (trim to size)
  4. Layer lettuce, carrots, avocado and bacon bits
  5. Roll bread tightly and use toothpick to hold in place
  6. Slice roll into 1-inch-wide pieces
