Exercise your size tip number one, make a plan. One of the most common challenges for beginners when starting a new exercise routine
is not having a workout plan. Setting short and long-term goals helps give your workout structure and a way for you to measure your improvement.
Exercise tip number two, understand and use the right gear. From properly fitting walking shoes to the right training
weights, your workout gear has a big impact on your fitness results. Exercise tip number three, practice makes perfect,
even when it comes to form. Work with a personal trainer or coach to understand the unique differences of each exercise
from your specific workout. It'll help you exercise more efficiently, get better results, and stay injury free.
And exercise tip number four, add some variety to your routines. Doing the same workout day in and day out can get boring.
To stay motivated and continue to see results, mix things up. Try different types of workouts. Vary your pace, or even take a new walking route.
