Sharecare fitness expert Mel Mueller shares a quick 10 minute workout that’s great for weight loss. The first is squat-curl-press, keeping your toes forward, knees over toes, and glutes squeezed. Next is the floor crunch, keeping bellybutton pressed to spine and crossing your hands over your chest to protect your neck. Next is push-ups, keeping your back flat, core tight, and head in line with your body. Pushups with your knees down are always an option if you need that modification. Last is the front lunge, keeping toes forward and knee over toes, meaning you might have to lean forward a bit to feel it in your glutes. Try doing one exercise with 12-15 reps right after another. Try to go 3 to 4 times with 30 second breaks between sets.
