How Fequently Should I Stretch My Calves?
Calf stretching can be done everyday. I've attached a video to demonstrate.

To statically stretch your calves, you're going to begin by placing both hands up against an object. From this position, you're going to take one step back,
making sure that both feet are pointing straight ahead. From this position, you're just going to slightly lean forward until you feel good stretch in the back of your leg.
