Why Is Fitness More Important than Weight Loss?

Fitness is everything to do with longevity and quality of life, and feeling good today, and being less vulnerable and more durable as you move forward. Fitness is about getting better, it's not so much about looking better, looking better is great, but short term goals like that don't really work long term.

So if you focus on just what you need to do today the past is history, the future is a mystery. Eat right today, exercise today because you'll have a better day today. Don't think in terms of what you need to do so that you can look better in the future for other people who aren't really paying as much attention as you think they are, so I work out today because my health improves, my fitness improves, the quality of my life improves, I really [UNKNOWN] dopamine, and serotonin and all these feel good drugs that are inside of your nugg and just waiting for you to move, so if you exercise you get them in and if you don't, you won't.
