How Does Aging Affect My Muscles?

As we age we age we loose muscles, about 5% of per decade and actually starts when we're in our 30's believe it or not. Once we hit menopause it goes even faster for women so it's really important that we build the muscle, so that we can maintain it you don't have to lose muscle but you have to work in keeping the muscle so it's really important that we do strength [xx], we do some aerobic activities, I tell my patients to do it every day at least for half an hour a day so you can maintain what you have and not loose it, the bottom line is if you don't use it you loose it.
