Taking baths are great for a couple of reasons. It helps you to relax all the muscles in the body, but baths a have a really unique quality in that they help people to be mindful in the mind. So when you are putting in that bath oil, those bubble baths you can also use something really great which I recommend which is passion flower powder in your bath.

It really gives you that time to yourself, and it really gives you that moment to take, to really just be in the moment, to rid your mind of any anxieties or worries about tomorrow and also being in that warm rich bath that is going to relax your muscles at the same time.
