How Can I Use Aromatherapy to Help Reduce Stress?

Aromatherapy can be used to reduce stress, and there have been many studies proving that certain scent especially lavender have a profound impact in decreasing anxiety and promoting a state of calm and peace. There're many different scents and our sense of smell is very unique because unlike our other four senses, it goes right to a part of the brain without being filtered which is why sometimes as you're going to smell something, you're mind you something very quickly.

Aromatherapy is really great because it works in the same way, it has that sort of very direct impact on your brain, and if you get some of those smells like lavender, or jasmine, or vanilla, whatever smells good to you and makes you feel good. It's got a really promoting sense of peacefulness and pretty great for sleep.
