Hi, Dr. Clark here with some simple tricks to make your workouts feel easy. Give yourself a mental pep talk, if you imagine yourself sailing through a workout, it can make the exercise feel easier. Try these three simple steps. First, picture it, before your workout or during your warm-up, close your eyes and visualise yourself doing the routine with this.

Take a few deep breaths and imagine the air filling your lungs. Picture the oxygen going to every muscle of your body, and giving you the energy for the workout ahead. Next, feel it, think about how it feels to hold your spine straight and your head high, imagine it feeling effortless, then picture your workout environment and you moving through it powerfully, effortlessly, and confidently.
