The easiest way to track your caffeine intake is with a caffeine log or diary; each day, write down any caffeine you ingest. In this video, sleep expert Michael Breus, PhD, explains the importance and benefits of tracking your caffeine intake.
One of the easiest ways to keep track of your caffeine intake is with a caffeine log, just like you could with a sleep dairy or by counting calories, is at the end of each day, just write down on a pad, how many caffeinated beverages do you think that you had during that day.
And don't forget, it includes coffee, tea, cola, chocolate, even ice cream, or even some pain relievers, because you want to be always looking out for some of those hidden factors for caffeine.
