Sneaking more vegetables into your diet. For me the easiest way to do that is to bulk up pasta with veggies so some of the stuff I like to do is to say take a serving of fettuccine and then take a zucchini and use a vegetable peeler and just peel strips of it and bulk up my zucchini.
Same thing with spaghetti squash, it's a great way to bulk up spaghetti and also if you make lasagna every other layer noodle eggplant, noodle eggplant. Those are really great and easy sneaky ways to get more veggies into your diet.
