I love eating soup, everyone loves soup. Soup is a great meal starter but you want to stick with broth based soups you want to avoid bisques anything creamy so even things like chicken noodle soup, which is a chicken broth base soup, or veggie soup, or any kind of Chinese soup, all broth based, and usually they have a 100 calories or less per cup, so it's a great starter and of course they fill you up with high water volume.
