Emotional eating can be an issue for men, just like it is for women; mindless eating may be a way to cope with feelings of stress and anxiety. Watch urologist Harry Fisch, MD, discuss why it's important for men to be mindful of emotional eating.
Emotional eating is not just an issue for women, it's an issue for men too and in fact I like to call it mindless eating, so sometimes when we're stressed out, some people tend to eat more, some people tend to eat less but most men tend to eat more, so if you find yourself stressed and eating a lot, just be mindful of the fact that you're just overeating, and by the way, if you're stressed up and you have a lack of sleep, the hormones in your body will kick in to make you hungrier.
So please, more sleep, more exercise and a good diet will help you alleviate all this emotional eating.
