Read Transcript

Well the most common thing is to just give the shoulder a little bit of rest, but if that doesn't work right away, or if you have repeated attempts or repeated times that you have vasculitis, then it's important to see a physical therapist and get some therapy. So the importance of this is that you're strengthening the muscles around the buster, and that can actually protect the buster a little bit from the pain.

After physical therapy you might try different treatments. So somethings are local for example you could use pain patches. You can also try some medications, and you can try different activities to try to help improve the pain.
