Well there are many, many, health risks associated with childhood obesity, obviously diabetes which means that you have to change your lifestyle end up having to give yourself shots everyday which children do not like. Number two, orthopedic problems, people don't realize that the weight that you have top of your body actually causes problems with your bones and lower part of yuor body so your hips, your knees, your ankles, all those things become a problem.

Also, in the bigger picture cardiovascular disease and stroke. We know that if we eat to much fat we clog our arteries and if we clog our arteries our heart won't work.
