How Can Snacks Help Me Lose Weight?

The biggest problem that cause obesity epidemic in this country is something called pre-diabetes, and that's when we add a little fat to our bellies, we develop big swings in blood sugar, we're walking around hungry almost all the time. If we let our blood sugars fall, and there goes our self-discipline.

We're going to inhale a worst arches in sugars in the wrong food, by what we call strategic snacking. Snacking in the late morning, late afternoon, evening. It takes relatively little bit of a lean protein, mozzarella cheese cake, a handfull of nuts to prevent that fall in blood sugar where you lose control over what you're eating.

So strategic snacking is absolutely crucial in our strategy, especially early on of preventing those swings in blood sugar as the main cause of obesity in this country.
