You can eat all kinds of vegetables except for nightshades, you can have chicken, you can have fish, cold water fish preferably, you can have some fruits and coconut oil, coconut water, nuts and seeds as a great variety of foods that are allowed, that are actually very beneficial.
The team program and any good cleansing detox program is not a deprivation starvation program, it is good to eat and mix and match all the foods that are allowed.
