Giving up your couch potato ways in mid-life can help you reach more birthdays, it could actually slash the mortality rate in half.

The number of years you add to your life is up to you, one study suggest that an 50 year old man can add two more birthdays by becoming moderately active, that means walking or riding a bike for fun. You could add another two birthday candles by becoming highly active, that means participating in high intensity sports or strainous physical training at least three hours a week, so get up, and get moving.
