We were involved in a project recently in Uganda and I believe there's around 30% of adults in the HIV Clinic taking medicines for HIV hypertension. You can go to villages in Africa and a significant percentage of the population of adults have hypertension. In India 8 to 15% depending on where you look, on the adults have diabetes and so these are increasingly important.

It doesn't mean that we don't still need to be addressing the other issues because if lose our focus and take our eye off of that problem and shift entirely to chronic disease, we're not going to be able to finish what we need to finish as far as this other issues are concerned.
