Absolutely and I think it's never been easier to do so, through the smartphone you can see very, very easily without huge behavior changes basics statistics about your life, how well you sleep, you can log how much you eat, you can see how much activity you do. There are so many devices that help you do that also, we have generally believe that individuals now have the ability to take much, much more control over their health, we're hoping that they'll be able to take much, much more control over their data and then they can decide if they want to share with people in exchange for expertise or not.
