I think it's more about discovering things you hadn't really known about yourself. I'm talking about [xx] [xx], but visualizing your work like for example there is something may people never ever seen before, so we live a world today where we generate data about ourselves every single day.

Everything we did generate data about ourselves and often we've never that visualized so have you ever seen how many emails you send in a given day or how long you spend in a meeting, maybe how much time you waste emailing people you shouldn't email? All of that can be visualized, you can then learn from it and then hopefully adapt your behaviors based on what you learn.
