Most of the time diabetes has a symptom free condition, it's a silent disease like high blood pressure and high cholesterol. If you have symptoms that usually because the blood sugar are exceedingly high or in some cases exceedingly low. If blood sugars have gotten high enough that you're just now being diagnosed with diabetes, but if you have symptoms, they would be frequent urination, intense thirst, maybe a weight loss if your blood sugar is very very high possibly an increased in appetite and blurred vision. But I think the important thing to emphasize there is that the vast majority of people who are diagnosed or have diabetes have none of those symptoms prior to their diagnosis unless they were getting tested regularly they would never know.
