The future of health care marketing includes storytelling. Similar to smoking cessation and how marketing brought a social stigma to the act of smoking, an emotional angle of any campaign will capture patients and ultimately lead to better health.
It could be I think it's a part of it, I think if we talk about the future of marketing as utilities and services, I think story telling is a third component of that I think, if you can motivate people to make smarter decisions about their health like, take smoking cessation for instance and the social stigma that marketing essentially brought to that act.
We can see the same thing happening around obesity and not taking care of yourself from a health care stand point, and it will be the consumer brand that help drive that faster than most of the health care brand. It will be the [xx] that helps you learn marathon not your healthy insurance provider.
