Has the Internet Created a Nation of Hypochondriacs?

No, I think the Internet is like in most things, I think the internet has created a nation a people who can get access to information that they could never get before, much of it is really good information and much of which frankly isn't that good, if you look at the doctor rating sites, for example, that are out there, some of them do have so data about the outcomes, that that doctor, that surgeon, let's say, might have but many of them are rating the physician on, how nice is their waiting room, do they have plastic chairs or a hardback plastic chairs or something like that.

Now that's important because the patients experience is important, but I would hope we would try to think about broader issues than just that.
