[MUSIC] We've all experienced it, we've all had those dark circles under
our eyes after a few too many late nights, or a few too many parties. But did you know that you can actually really improve the appearance
of your skin just by drinking enough water? Water is required for every cell in your body, and every function in the body. So, even
when you're just a little bit dehydrated, say maybe 2%, it's really going to affect the look of your skin. If you start drinking at
least eight, eight-ounce glasses of water a day, in a matter of days, two or three days, you're going to see a dramatic improvement
