Share work arts program is another off-breed of the no excuses. So 75% or more of the population is spending more than 15 hours
a day sitting down on Facebook, on Twitter, on Instagram, you know, at work, at the job, wherever you're sitting down. You're reading, you're watching TV, you're sitting down.
We know now that, percentage wise, for men who sit for six and a half hours, have about 20%
chance of dying earlier than those who sit for three hours. For women, it's 40% from sitting down
and that includes those who work out for an hour a day. So the idea is to get people to get up and start to move. So people who have injuries, people who are obese,
people who are office workers, CEOs, people who travel. The idea is showing them that you can use a chair, which I call a coffin,
