So recurring dreams are very common. Most of us have them. They can be positive dreams about things
that we're really excited about and relaxed with, or they can be negative dreams, which are more related to stress and anxiety. And oftentimes during the day, we're
so busy and so distracted that we're not mindful of the emotions that we're having, and we're not mindful of the things causing us stress
and anxiety. So what happens is, as soon as our body is quiet, they come out in our dreams. You might not even be feeling stressed,
and then you're having stressful dreams. So the recurrence of them is important, because you want to know what they mean. You might want to look it up online and see if there's
any information about what the meaning of that dream is, because chances are, it's there. And if it really is something that's indicating more deep-seated problems, again, ask for help.
Talk to someone about it. See what you might be able to do to release the stress in a healthy way.
