So lifestyle changes-- start incorporating physical activity into your daily routine.
If 30 minutes of walking everyday is too much for you at one time, break it into tiny little nuggets. Do maybe 15 minutes twice a day or 10 minutes
three times a day. Just do little actions for that big impact that could result. So keep yourself moving.
Park further away from a store if you need to so you can walk. Anything you could do to just keep moving throughout the day
