Clothes and even shoes can hinder your ability to breathe efficiently. Beware of:

  • Clothes that pinch your waist or squeeze your stomach
  • Clothes those are too small
  • Tight belts or waistbands
  • Tightly knotted scarves or neckties
  • High heels, shoes that pinch
  • Tight bras or underwear
  • Girdles, corsets, "control top" anything
