Is it ever OK to fake an orgasm?

Sex therapists say that scores of women, and also men, have faked an orgasm at times for many reasons: performance anxiety, stress, feeling rushed, wanting to please a partner even if he or she isn't quite there yet. But it shouldn't become a habit. Talking about sex can be difficult, but faking it ultimately undermines an opportunity to communicate with your partner and forge a deeper understanding in your relationship.
